Users must maintain confidentiality of their account credentials. Misuse of the platform (e.g., false medical data, hacking, or unauthorized sharing of health records) is strictly prohibited.

PPLDOC does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed doctor before making health decisions.

All payments made on PPLDOC.com are non-refundable. Once a subscription or per-patient service has been activated or billed, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances. We encourage all users to review our plans, pricing, and demo before making a purchase. In case of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact [email protected] within 3 working days, and our team will assist in resolving the issue and if any refunds are applicable they will be processed in 5-7 working days.

PPLDOC is not responsible for incorrect medical diagnoses based on AI-generated insights. We are not liable for data loss due to user actions or cyber-attacks.

PPLDOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karnataka, India.

PPLDOC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
